Pricing, Minimums and the $2.95 Deal
Our standard minimum for a screen printing run is 144 pieces per design. That is what lets us set up screens and run production efficiently while keeping the per-piece price competitive.
The name comes from the deal we have stood behind since day one: 1,008 white, name-brand 100% cotton short-sleeve t-shirts, printed one location in one color with artwork you provide, at $2.95 each. It is still alive today.

Why the Print Quality Actually Differs
Screen printing lays down a thicker, more opaque layer of ink than digital methods. That is why a properly screen-printed shirt still looks right after fifty washes while a cheap digital print goes chalky and cracks.
We run six automated presses in a 13,000 square foot facility in Poway and can move 25,000 shirts in a twelve-hour shift. Everything happens under one roof — art, screens, press, finishing — which is why quality control is tight and turnaround is fast.
